Long Term Residential Care

For those looking for long term care, Brookhaven provides a home from home for residents. Each resident has their own private en-suite room which they can enjoy as they wish while at the same time benefiting from the company of the other residents within the Centre.

Convalescent and Post Operative Care

For those in need of convalescence and post-operative care Brookhaven provides the care and facilities needed to help them recover and regain their strength prior to returning home. Residents may stay as long as they wish and we offer a range of nursing and support services during this phase of recovery.

Respite Care

For those caregivers at home in need of temporary relief, Brookhaven offers respite care in order to provide them with a break from the burden of continuously caring for their loved one. Our purpose built facilities give reassurance to carers that their loved one is being cared for in a secure and caring environment.

Dementia Care

For those living with dementia Brookhaven provides a safe and secure environment within which they can continue to live a happy and fulfilled life. Our staff are trained to understand and work with residents who have dementia by ensuring that contact is maintained with the familiar things of their lives and that they are always comfortable in their surroundings.
